In this era of social/digital media, we need to focus more on that [small] set of people that think the world of us.

The problem with what we call 'arguments' and their resultant effect(s), isn't that they are inherently bad but that people are attached to their ego while engaging in them.

This lays the foundation for our inability to engage in debates in a civil manner.
